  Pascal Hendrickx

  President Presentation

  Pascal was born in Lille in 1965 and holds a degree in Technical-Commercial Studies (specializing in automation and industrial maintenance) as well as a master’s degree in real estate management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
  He moved to Belgium in 1989 to complete his military service within a corporate environment and, until June 1997, developed the real estate maintenance consulting activities of SECA-BENELUX, a subsidiary of SECA Technical Engineering based in Valenciennes.
  In July 1997, he founded SOPHIA GROUP, specializing in consulting and technical assistance in facility management.
  Pascal has been working for over 30 years as a consultant specializing in the technical management of large tertiary sites, particularly in the organization of maintenance or facility management tendering processes, with proven experience in European public markets.
  He co-authored a practical guide on the technical management of real estate assets, published by Eyrolles in 2010.

  Fabienne Desmit

  Executive Assistant Presentation

  Since 2003, Fabienne Desmit has been the Executive Assistant at SOPHIA GROUP, responsible for the company’s human resources and financial management. Born in 1958, she holds a diploma in secretarial studies. She began her career at an advertising agency, later enhancing her accounting knowledge in a transport company. She also gained experience in sales and customer service as the manager of a family clothing store.
