These assignments include the technical architecture and the technical installations. SOPHIA inspects and crosschecks the coherence of the buildings with all documents such as building permit, environmental permit, building plans, risk analysis elevators, technical dossier, AS-BUILT documents relative to the design & construction, energy consumption invoices, guarantees, pending technical liability issues…).
These assignments include the technical architecture and the technical installations. Development of a methodology for a consistent audit covering architecture, energy, maintenance and sustainability. The MGEN (Mutuelle Générale de l'Education National) mandated Sophia France to setup an unified approach to assess the overall performances of Healthcare Buildings. The sustainability has been evaluated through HQE (Haute Qualité Environnementale) Exploitation an equivalent tool to Breeam In Use. The conclusions of this project present a ranking of priority actions according to each aspect. But it also provides a rational sustainable plan of actions to achieve sustainable goals as required by HQE or Breeam In Use.
2009/2010 : Public Private partnership : set up of a financing solution of refurbishment projects for offices and housing in the public sector.
Construction project for a low energy show room for cars, with offices and meeting rooms. The building is fully air-conditioned by low energy systems, with high and low voltage power, a partial green roof and rain water recovery for use in sanitary areas and outside cleaning.

10 000m² of public services space. The project consists of transforming this building for use as a demographic service centre, a public library, and a cultural centre with a theatre, a police station and a concierge facility.
