SOPHIA GROUP attended the International Real Estate Fair in Cannes, France under the Brussels Export flag, a group of Brussels companies active in the real estate sector.
From the 18, to 20 May 2010, the SOPHIA GROUP attended the REALTY 2010 Trade Fair in Brussels it presented two large-scale events.
A round table on 19 May run by a journalist and organised by SOPHIA Engineering, DDS and BESIXRED focused on the current sensitive subject: “Focus on passive housing on passive housing, a sensitive current issue.”
Those who took part are active in the world of construction: such as Christian Sibilde from the DDS architecture practice, Nicolas Joschko from SRDB, Serge Fraeijs of Consortium Immobilier and Professor André de Herde (Architecture and Climate UCl and the project management needed focused on the means, the tools talk covered the materials for this type of construction.
The second event took place on 20 May, on the theme: “Alternative financing for renewable energies in the property sector” with a presentation delivered by Jonathan Fronhoffs of Bruxelles Environnement, Alain Misser of SOCOTEC and Pascal Hendrickx of the SOPHIA GROUP introduced and example of environmental third party investment. This subject attracred strong interest from the audience.
On November 15th and 16h, SOPHIA GROUP attended the Realty Energy Forum as an exhibitor in Brussels Expo for the Annual Professional Energy Consumers meeting.
At this venue, SOPHIA GROUP also presented its new third party financing solution in a conference entitled “alternative financing for energy savings and renewable energy projects in the real estate sector.”
